Hotels and resorts shall be prohibited from accepting group booking. Banned Diving, island hopping, all online classes, restaurants, pizzerias

WHEREAS, on March 8. 2020, President Rodrigo R. Duterte issued Presidential Proclamation No. 022 declaring a slate of public health emergency throughout the Philippines.
WHEREAS. In light of the COVID-19 health crisis. I issued executive Order No 5-0. Sense of 2020. Streamlining the guidelines to be followed by local chief executives of Municipalities and Component Cities of the Province of Cebu;
WHEREAS. To further strengthen the mitigation measure being implemented. I issued Executive Order No 5-K. Series of 2020. Implementing additional restrictions on the movement of persons within the Province of Cebu;
WHEREAS, the World Health Organization has considered and declared the COVID-19 health event a pandemic;
WHEREAS, it In imperative thin additional mitigation measure are implemented in order to limit the social interaction of the people of Cebu,
ROW. THEREFORE. I. GWENDOLYN F. GARCIA. Governor of the Province of Cebu, by virtue of the powers and authority vested in me by law, and congruent with Executive Order Nos. 5-G and 5-K. Series of 2020, do hereby order:
I. Business Establishments and Activities
a. Hotels and Resorts
Hotels and resorts shall be prohibited from accepting group booking composed or five (5) or more persons.
Group celebrations, prunes, activities, and other gatherings of any form arc strictly prohibited.
For purposes of tills order, five (5) o: more persons gathered in an area shall lie considered as a gathering.
b. Island Hopping and Diving Activities
Island hopping and diving activities within the territorial water of the Province of Cebu shall no longer be allowed
c Golf Courses
Golf Courses, within the Province of Cebu are hereby ordered closed
1. Restaurants, Fast Food Chains, and Carenderias
Effective WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2020, dine-in shall no longer be Allowed in fast food and pizza chains.
Effective THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2020, dine-in shall no longer be allowed in all other restaurants, eateries, and carenderias.
Only orders for home delivery or made via drive-thru will be permitted.
11.    Online Classes
Effective immediately, online classes at all levels being conducted within the Province of Cebu arc hereby ordered suspended until further notice.
111.    Diplomatic Corps
Members of the diplomatic and consular corps shall be exempted from the curfew restriction imposed by Executive Order No. 5-K.
IV.    Local Chief Executives (LCE)
All LCEs are enjoined to issue their own executive orders adopting the provisions of this Executive Order to be further supported by a Sangguniang Panglungsod or Sangguniang Bayan ordinance.
The PNP and the Armed Forces of the Philippines shall assist in the implementation of this Executive Order and apprehension of any violator thereto.
