CEBU CITY — A gaming innovation organization has taken steps to make legitimate move against the police, following the ongoing arrangement of captures of their laborers in Central Visayas.

Attorney Bernard Vitriolo, Vice President for Legal of Globaltech Mobile Online Corp. situated in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, said the organization will record charges against the police officers who captured their workforce and struck their stalls in better places in the area.

Vitriolo said the captures were illicit since a Court of Appeals administering has permitted Globaltech to work Peryahan ng Bayan.

"We are gathering the information to get the names of the police officers engaged with the captures. We will record roundabout scorn charges under the steady gaze of the Regional Trial Court in Pasig City and Ombudsman," Vitriolo said.

Vitriolo said Globaltech keeps on working in different areas, and it was uniquely in Region 7 that their faculty were being captured.

Police Brig. Gen. Albert Ignatius Ferro, head of the Police Regional Office-Central Visayas, said the police were prepared to deal with the indictments that Globaltech will document.

Ferro said the PRO 7 was entrusted by Camp Crame to pursue Peryahan ng Bayan administrators following the suspension request gave by Malacañang last February 17.
