A FORMER security watch who was as of late terminated is holding prisoner at any rate 30 individuals inside a shopping center in Greenhills, San Juan Monday, March 2.
Witnesses said they heard three discharges around 12 early afternoon Monday, inciting them to hurry for security.
San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora, who went inside the shopping center, told correspondents that the watchman shot one of the workers of the shopping center before he abducted the others inside the shopping center's organization office.
The injured worker is in stable condition, Zamora said.
The prisoner taker has set two expectations: that he be permitted to chat with the other security monitors doled out to the shopping center; and that he be permitted to talk with the media.
Exchanges with the suspect are continuous, Zamora said. He declined to recognize the suspect.
Both National Capital Region Police Office Director Debold Sinas and San Juan police boss Jaime Santos are inside the shopping center. Individuals from the Special Weapons and Tactics (Swat) have additionally headed inside.
Police outside the shopping center have cordoned off the region.
