CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Cebu City government has consented to a reminder of arrangement (MOA) with 19 schools in the city for grant program of more than 9,700 understudies in the city.

Chairman Edgardo Labella drove the marking of the MOA with the accomplice schools of the city where the regional government would give a P10,000 instructive endowment to the understudies in the senior secondary school and school levels.

This grant program of the city started in 2014.

Labella said that this endowment from the regional government would give the less blessed an opportunity to proceed, finish school, and ideally lessen neediness in the city.

"It is one of our significant obligations to give training to our residents in Cebu City. A large number of our oppressed residents could never again head off to college.
