Talisay City, Cebu—Even if Miss Philippines Gazini Christiana Ganados neglected to bring home the crown in the 2019 Miss Universe event, the Talisay City Government still intends to laud the Philippine wager for her accomplishment and for bringing the name of Talisay into the world stage.
Ganados had the option to make it in the best 20, yet her voyage finished in the challenge subsequent to neglecting to make it to the main 10.
Talisay City chairman Gerald Anthony "Samsam" Gullas said that Ganados has brought such a great amount of pride to the city found south of Cebu City.
"We [are still] glad for Gazini on the grounds that she brought Talisay to the world stage," said Gullas.
"To be in that position in any case, and originating from the city of Talisay, isn't a joke," he included.
Gullas said that he will actually prescribe to the city gathering to laud Ganados.
The Miss Universe 2019 crown was won by South Africa's Zozibini Tunzi.
Tunzi bested 89 different contenders for the crown in this renowned excellence show.
First next in line was Miss Puerto Rico Madison Anderson while second place was Mexico's Sofia Aragon.
