Tesla announced Cybertruck
The long-awaited Tesla electric pickup truck looks so pretentious and shocking that you can’t even believe that this is a serial model from the most progressive automaker of the 21st century, and not an article.
In 2021, this car will go into mass production, and in exactly the same form as now! Although, given that fashion is moving in a spiral, chopped forms from the 70-80s (remember the Lamborghini Countach, as well as cars from science fiction films of those times - “Black Moon” and “Razor Runner”), after a couple of years it’s may become relevant.

Tesla Cybertruck surprises not only with the design, but also with the material from which it is made. Instead of a frame there is a supporting body made of high-strength cold-rolled stainless (!) Steel. The manufacturer claims that the body panels of the pickup are not afraid of bullets and hammer blows. What about passive safety, Elon Musk? The interior of the novelty is designed for six passengers and designed in the usual Tesla layout with a minimum of buttons and a large tablet in the center.

Dimensions Tesla Cybertruck: 5885/2027/1905 mm, and carrying capacity - more than one and a half tons. At the same time, the pickup can also pull a trailer weighing from 3.4 to 6.4 tons. The cargo compartment, closed by a curtain, has a volume of 2.8 cubic meters and a retractable platform, through which a quad bike or a snowmobile can be driven into the body. To facilitate loading, a pickup equipped with a standard air suspension can “sit down” on the rear axle, and when driving on the road its clearance can be increased up to 40 cm!

The Tesla pickup will be available with rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. The engine power is not known, but the manufacturer promises hurricane dynamics, with acceleration up to 100 km / h in three seconds - such indicators are given by the top-end modification with three motors (one in front and two in the back), which will cost the buyer $69,900. Base rear-engine Cybertruck spends on acceleration to hundreds less than seven seconds and costs from 39,900 dollars. Power reserve of the pickup, depending on the version, is from 400 to 800 km.
