Chairman Edgardo Labella has marked an Executive Order making the Cebu City Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict.

EO 028 is line with the Executive Order President Rodrigo Duterte gave on December 4, 2018, which "systematized the Whole-of-Nation approach in accomplishing comprehensive and maintainable harmony, making National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict and coordinating selection of a National Peace Framework."

Labella accepts a team here is expected to give a proficient instrument and structure in actualizing the Whole-of-Nation approach.

The team will define and actualize a Cebu City harmony structure in a joint effort with the National Government organizations, Local Government Unit (LGU) and common society, and will create works and coordinate strategies and projects contained in the harmony system.
