Earlier this morning, a woman was shot dead in the Sitio Ponce 2 area, Barangay Carreta, Cebu City.
Si P / Cpl. Marlito Portugeza of the Waterfront Police, identified the victim as Jackylyn Palomas, 31, a former resident of the area.
Portugeza added that the victim was hit by a skull resulting in his death.
Three 45 caliber shells were recovered at the crime scene where Palomas was shot.
People think that the suspect must be friend of the victim.
