Mango Float

Amazing Filipino puff dessert, which is prepared very simply, quickly and does not require baking. On the layer, put a cream of cream whipped with condensed milk, crumbled crackers and pieces of ripe juicy mango are laid out in layers. After the dessert is infused in the refrigerator and freezes, lay it in portions on plates and enjoy this amazing taste.

Ingredients for the recipe:
2 tablespoons full cream
400 gr. condensed milk with sugar
0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
1.5 cups (0.35 l) crushed crackers
3 ripe diced mangoes
Special equipment: 20 cm square baking dish.

Recipe preparation:
In a large bowl, combine cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until the mass doubles in volume, about 4 minutes.
Lay out incomplete 2 tbsp. Cream to the bottom of a square shape and evenly distribute, sprinkle with 0.5 tbsp. Chopped crackers and lay out a third of the mango. Continue to alternate the layers to get a total of 9 layers with mangoes at the very top. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or put it at night.
