MCIAA prepared to manufacture air terminal's second runway

THE pros are looking couple of points of view behind the manslaughter of Cordova Police Station acting VP Deogenes Carrillo on Thursday morning, June 20, 2019.

Police are focusing on Carrillo's potential associates with unlawful drugs and his own disputes.

The shocking loss had a crediting business, according to Cordova Police Station Chief Efren Diaz Jr.

A strong source revealed to Superbalita Cebu that the murdered cop had been fused into the narco-once-over of President Rodrigo Duterte.

Carrillo was driving his white Toyota Hilux (YJZ-820) when riding couple aggressors—who wore head defenders and tops—shot him before an administration supported school in Barangay Poblacion, Cordova.

He gave up to various gunfire wounds.

A couple of occupants said the event happened in a split second. They heard releases, and the accompanying thing they saw was Carrillo's vehicle stacked with shot holes.

Nine spent shells and a slug part were found in the bad behavior scene.

"We fail to see the plate number. It happened exorbitantly brisk," an onlooker uncovered to Superbalita Cebu.

Carrillo was clearly on his way home to Barangay Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City when the strike happened past 10 a.m.

The aggressors could have been following Carrillo's vehicle before they ambushed him, according to Diaz.

Carrillo would have transformed into Diaz's evident VP in two months' time.

In a gathering with reporters, Diaz said Carrillo did not reveal any threat on his life when they had a dialog hours before the attack.

"Our talk was not too much," said Diaz, who after the dialog went to a barbershop.

Meanwhile, CPPO-Investigation and Detective Management Branch Chief Eloveo Marquez said the authorities would check why Carrillo passed by Poblacion.
