Prisoners offered opportunity to proceed with essential instruction through DepEd's ALS program

Cebu City, Philippines—Around 10,467 prisoners or Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) will be allowed a chance to proceed with their examinations in essential training through the elective learning framework (ALS) program of the Department of Education (DepEd).
