Veteran forward Fletcher Galvez is no longer returning to the USJR

Cebu City, Philippines—Veteran forward Fletcher Galvez is never again coming back to the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) for his last playing year in the Cesafi men's b-ball competition.
