All barangays will get vehicles from City Hall: GSO

CEBU, Philippines — The Cebu City government is peering toward to give the 47 city-claimed vehicles to the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)- 7 and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)- 7.

This, couple of days after the City Council has endorsed the gift of 38 vehicles to 25 barangays amid the standard session last Tuesday.

City Councilor David Tumulak said he was coordinated by active Mayor Tomas Osmeña to process the gift.

"This is both invaluable with respect to the City ug ingon man sa mga government offices," Tumulak disclosed to The FREEMAN.

With the gift, CCPO will claim the 42 vehicles, BFP will possess the three ambulances and one pickup, while the BJMP will claim the emergency vehicle that it is utilizing for such a large number of years.

Tumulak said these vehicles were given to these administration organizations and ample opportunity has already past for the city to give these vehicles to them.

"This is to stay away from questions ba nga manggawas na miserable ang issues nga gi-review, dili na. Ilaha nani kining maong sakyanan. Makaayo pud na sa siyudad kay ang oil, greases, fuel and other upkeep sa vehicles be carried by national organization na and dili na sa city so makadaginot ang atong kagamhanan sa siyudad sa Sugbo," he said.

He included the approaching organization can utilize the spending limit probably for the support of these vehicles to different administrations that would redound to the advantage of the constituents.

Tumulak said the CCPO, BFP, and BJMP have been mentioning for the gift of these vehicles that is the reason the city is doing it now.

The gift would likewise decongest the volume of vehicles that is heading off to the motorpool for upkeep and fix.

Tumulak said these offices have assets for the support and fix of their vehicles that is the reason there will be no stresses with regards to the upkeep of the vehicles.

"This is a success win arrangement… ang administrasyon dili na mogasto og gasolina, oil, pag-fix kay ang national office naman what's more the national organization naa miserable sila'y kaugalingong spending plan for that," he said.

Tumulak said he will present his proposed goals for the gift of 47 vehicles to the three government organizations, trusting that it will be incorporated into one week from now's normal session of the City Council.

Last Tuesday, the City Council endorsed the 25 goals of Councilor Sisinio Andales that approved Mayor Tomas Osmeña to go into and sign the Deed of Donation and Acceptance with barangay skippers of 25 barangays that are for the most part associated with the active organization.

These barangays incorporate Basak Pardo, Calamba, Guadalupe, Buhisan, Buot, Bulacao, Babag, Bonbon, Cogon Ramos, Carreta, Capitol Site, Camputhaw, Busay, Binaliw, Banilad, Apas, Agsungot, Day-as, Guba, Basak San Nicolas, Hipodromo, Lusaran, Kasambagan, Kalubihan, and Lahug.

A large portion of the restriction subsidiary individuals from the City Council communicated amazement of the move of the cordial organization for the gift thinking about that the activity has been a piece of the stages of city hall leader choose Edgardo Labella.

Labella had said that he plans to push through with the gift of the city-claimed vehicles to the barangays so these won't be influenced by any difference in organization.

Tumulak said the active organization has thought of the gift years back to free the city from paying for the support, fix, and different costs for the vehicles
