The injured individual had the option to run a couple of meters from where he was shot yet later on tumbled to the ground.

Following 20 minutes, another man was killed by two obscure men close to an annuity house on Manalili, corner Legaspi St., Barangay Sto. Niño.

Then again, Police Major Randy Caballes, head of Carbon Police Station, said that there are two gatherings of criminals along Colon, one from Manalili and the other from Borromeo.

They trust that it was Villamor who crossed limits first.

Caballes included that Villamor was recently accused of ownership of unlawful medications and has served correctional facility time.

In the interim, Caruana was captured in 2016 for burglary and inclusion in unlawful medications.
