Ex-US Marine runs wild in Talisay, Rani

TALISAY CITY, Philippines — A resigned US marine officer passed on in a shootout with the Talisay City Police inside his consuming house after he slaughtered the barangay commander of Lawaan III and his stepson. 

Senior member Torrefranca was supposedly in a property quarrel with Jedd Ybañez, the child of his late spouse, Delia, in a past marriage. 

The fight over the properties began when Delia Ybañez Torrefranca passed away a couple of months back. 

Torrefranca and Ybañez were doing combating for guardianship of a house and two vehicles. 

At 9 a.m., Jedd Ybañez and his sibling Boboy Omaña, attempted to settle contrasts with Torrefranca at the barangay lobby. 

Be that as it may, they neglected to go to an understanding, and Torrefranca left the barangay corridor first. 

Around 11 a.m., Lawaan III Barangay Captain Jimmy Bartilic went with Jedd Ybanez and Omaña to the Torrefranca habitation to again attempt to settle Ybañez and Torrefranca's disparities. 

Be that as it may, when they endeavored to converse with Torrefranca at the house, they were welcomed by the last officially furnished and was wearing a vest. 

Bartilic and Ybanez endeavored to escape from the house when Torrefranca began shooting. Both were shot dead by Torrefranca outside the house. 

Torrefranca then headed inside and covered up in the second floor of the house as police reacted. 

There was then a shootout with cops and after that Torrefranca set the house ablaze. 

There were then sporadic shots in an hour until the shooting ceased. 

Police later found the consumed body of the suspect. 

Police said that the presume was shot dead in the shootout. 

Sinas said they are as yet endeavoring to see whether Torrefranca had a record of going crazy as a US Marine
