CEBU CITY, Philippines – The workplace of the Presidential Assistant for the Visayas in association with Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) propelled the "Vegetable Farm Season-Long Training for Cebu Farmers" in Barangay Buot, Cebu City last May 5.
