23-year elderly is dealing with indictments under the watchful eye

A 23-year elderly person is dealing with indictments under the watchful eye of the court for purportedly spreading and distributing a sex video with his ex in online networking.

Investigator Simaco Labata said there is sufficient proof to charge the denounced, whose name is being retained to ensure the personality of the person in question.

Amid an investigation continuing, the blamed, an inhabitant of Barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City, addressed the charges in court.

Labata suggested P42,000 for his impermanent freedom for infringement of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-photograph and Video Voyeurism Act in connection to Section 6 of RA 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act.

In her sworn proclamation, the person in question, 21, an inhabitant of Mandaue City, asserted that amid the most recent seven day stretch of January 2019, her ex, with whom she had a relationship for very nearly two years, undermined that in the event that she won't notice his requests, he will send their sex recordings to one of her companions, her sisters, and transfer it to web based life.

"He requested that he will just erase our sex recordings, on the off chance that I will engage in sexual relations with him," she stated, including that she had no real option except to concur.

Be that as it may, weeks after, rather than erasing it, the blamed supposedly posted one for their sex recordings and her photos in web-based social networking, she said.

As a result of the proceeded with extortion of the charged, she requested assistance from the Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit-7 last March 4.

The agents at that point directed an ensnarement activity. The complainant and the agents went to the place of the blamed on the affectation that she will engage in sexual relations with him again so he will erase the recordings.

The denounced met her outside his home. As they were talking, she gave a pre-orchestrated flag to the police, who at that point hurried to capture the charged.
