A SUSPECTED medication pusher was killed in Barangay Mohon, Talisay City on Saturday morning, March 30, after he endeavored to fend off cops attempting to serve a court order. 

Eric Ruiz, 28, didn't make it to the emergency clinic after continued a few shot injuries on his body. 

In an underlying report, cops of the Talisay City Police Station driven by Police Major Ardioleto Cabagnot were continuing towards Ruiz's home in Sitio Santa Cruz in Barangay Mohon at 3:20 a.m. to serve the court order issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 66 judge Jacinto Fajardo Jr.
