THE ex of the 16-year-old homicide injured individual, Christine Lee Silawan, is currently in the authority of the City Social Welfare Office (CSWO) of Lapu-Lapu City.
John (not his genuine name), the 17-year-old Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), was escorted by Lapu-Lapu City Prosecutor Ruso Zaragoza and the kid's legal counselor, Vincent Isles, back to the CSWO office.
At the time the kid was conveyed to CSWO Thursday morning, March 28, police work force were seen outside the office.
The arrival of the kid to government guardianship came after President Rodrigo Duterte requested Zaragoza to re-capture the 17-year-old CICL.
Pending goals of the movement for reevaluation recorded by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)- Central Visayas on Wednesday, March 27, Zaragoza mentioned the mother of John to intentionally give her child a chance to take shelter in a home consideration office of Lapu-Lapu CSWO.

Zaragoza said they will conceivably discharge their goals on Friday, March 29, or on Monday, April 1.

John was discharged on Saturday, March 23, after his attorney scrutinized the premise of his capture.
The city investigators decided that the warrantless capture of John was not substantial as it didn't fall on the "immediate pursuit activity." NBI specialists got him last March 16, five days after Silawan's body was found on the empty parcel in Barangay Bankal.
Zaragoza guaranteed the open that they will pursue the criminal method and gauge proof before settling the grievance.
The homicide case is experiencing fundamental examination, amid which the investigator who handles the objection will decide whether there is a reasonable justification or enough proof that justifies an out and out preliminary in court.
