The advancement came two weeks after San Fernando Mayor Lakambini Reluya continued mayorship on March 6 in the wake of withdrawing for right around two months.

The assault killed her significant other, Councilor Ricardo Reluya Jr., driver Allan Bayot and Local Economic and Investment Promotions Officer Ricky Monterona.
Reluya, in a public statement, expressed gratitude toward the present organization for the endorsement of the activities.
"In the interest of the general population of San Fernando, I thank the Duterte organization through DA Secretary (Emmanuel) Manny Piñol for making a move on our mentioned task that will profit a great many inhabitants, ranchers and brokers in these barangays and adjacent territories," the city hall leader said.
Reluya said the activities will supplement the proposed port in Barangay South Poblacion.
"These framework activities will supplement the P358-million national government-supported San Fernando move on move off port task in Barangay South Poblacion that stands to create pay for the district, expands exchange and trade and gives business and occupation chances to the general population of San Fernando," she said.
