Individual finances used to pay Barangay Staff

"The conveyance will be driven by Governor Hilario P. Davide III, Vice-Governor Agnes A. Magpale and the Board Members of the fifth District. In such manner, we will unassumingly ask your assistance in educating the recipients," it included.
