The upland barangays in Cebu City are pondering the impacts of dry spell brought by the beginning of El Niño.
Cebu City Agriculture Department (CAD) faculty are surveying the farming harm in the mountain zones for conceivable announcement of a condition of cataclysm.

Then, Cebu City Health Officer Alma Corpin has cautioned people in general against regular diseases in this time, particularly lack of hydration and heatstroke.
