The inert body of a 16-year-old young lady was found in a vacant parcel in Sitio Mahayahay in Barangay Bangkal, Lapu-Lapu City, on Monday morning, March 11, 2019.
As per Police Officer 1 Lyno Pino, the work area officer of the Homicide segment of the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office, revealed to Cebu Daily News Digital in a telephone meet that the young lady was discovered half bare, lying inert in an unfilled parcel with half of her face cleaned.
Cop 3 Dan Gacosgacos, the fundamental examiner of the case, recognized the young lady as Christine Lee Silawan, an occupant of barangay Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City who filled in as an authority in the adjacent Sacred Heart Parish Church in the neighboring Barangay of Pajac.
