The Mandaue City government exposed on Monday, March 4, 2019, the structure of the P900-million government focus which will be worked along A. Soriano Avenue, at the back of the Mandaue City Sports Complex 

Modeler Araceli Barlam, officer accountable for the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), said they intend to make the administration asset focus the main government structure to be ensured as a green working by the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (Berde) Rating System. 

City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) head Architect Marlo Ocleasa said the development for the principal stage — a four-story building which will be the administration focus — will take no less than two years. 

The second stage incorporate the medium-ascent expansion building which will be utilized as a business focus. 

Oclease said that despite everything they anticipate the section of the acquiring statute at the City Council before they can close the credit concurrence with the Landbank of the Philippines for the P900 million required for the development of the main stage.
