Arnulfo Cadungog, the man who was shot by a still unidentified bike riding shooter along M.J. Cuenco Avenue in Barangay Tejero here on Thursday evening, January 24, 2019, is appearing of recuperation.
As indicated by Cebu City Prevention, Restoration, Order, Beautification, Enhancement (Probe) group pioneer Raquel Arce, as of 10:30 p.m. of Thursday, Cadungog is recouping from a discharge twisted to the neck.
"He is receptive to agony and he can open his eyes now," Arce said.
Arce stated, however, that the 57-year-old Cadungog need Type O+ blood and will be made to experience a CT (Computed Tomography) Scan.
Cadungog is an easygoing worker of the Cebu City Hall and was appointed with the Probe group. He is the more youthful sibling of previous Tejero barangay commander and now councilor Jessilou "Jingjing" Cadungog.

As per Senior Inspector Jomar, Pomarejos, the head of Waterfront Police Station, the slug that brought down Cadungog entered through his button and left at the back of his neck.
