Four individuals were captured in isolated purchase bust tasks in Sitio Trinidad, Barangay Punta Princesa last Tuesday morning.
Components from Labangon Police Station driven by Chief Inspector Keith Allen Andaya captured Jimmyboy Tabares, 25, and his dad, Gaodioso Tabares, 48, the two inhabitants of San Carlos Heights, Barangay Quiot, Cebu City.
Seized from Jimmyboy were two medium packs and 13 little sachets of supposed unlawful medications with an expected estimation of P61,200.
Police likewise appropriated a .38 bore gun from Gaodioso and P200 purchase bust cash.
Jimmyboy will deal with indictments for abusing Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 while Gaodioso will be charged for illicit ownership of guns.
Hours after the fact, another group from Labangon Police Station directed a purchase bust task in a similar region which prompted the capture of Benedict Codezar, 29, and John Medalla, 29, the two occupants of Sitio Lantawan, Barangay Quiot, Cebu City.
Seized from the suspects were two medium packs and seven little sachets of unlawful medications worth P47,600.
Additionally seized was one little sachet of illicit medications which was the subject of offer and P200 purchase bust cash.
Andaya said the suspects from the two activities were accounted for through instant message and they were exposed to reconnaissance for somewhere around three weeks.
He included that these suspects have a similar medication source and sold medications in Sitio Trinidad, Barangay Punta Princesa in spite of the fact that they are inhabitants of Pardo.
