Saavedra and the restriction united authorities trusted that UHRI does not have the specialized and monetary abilities in pushing through with the P18-billion undertaking under the City Ordinance No. 2154.
Saavedra had just said legislative issues has nothing to do with his grumbling, saying he is doing this as a promoter of hostile to debasement.

The civic chairman said the task will make 5,000 occupations and supposedly increases the valuation of the SRP parcels.
"It will make 5,000 occupations. They can't see that. The finance of 5,000 mga tao is pretty much P1.2 billion every year. So mosyagit sila alkanse ang syudad. Dili monetarily qualified ang Gokongwei? Bogo ang mga tao?" the city hall leader said.
While Saavedra asked the counter join office to preventively suspend the civic chairman and different authorities, Osmeña said the complainant should simply hang tight for the May 13 midterm races.
