Finance Officer

Academic degree
Oversees the entire operations of finance department.
Creates and implement financial policies to guarantee operational safety.
Oversees the preparation and planning of budgets.
Ensures all expenses are within assigned project budget.
Ensures account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely.
Maintains accurate records and receipts for all daily transactions.
Ensures financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Monitors bank deposits and payments.
Performs financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
Prepares balance sheets and invoices.
Participates in financial audits.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
Professional qualification as CPA is an advantage.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
In depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax regulations and accounting processes.
Outstanding analytical, numerical and time management skills.
Strong attention to details.
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
