A graduate of any 4-year course/or a BS Psychology/Human Resources, any behavioral course or any related field
Atleast 3 years experience in the similar function
Has interpersonal skills & good verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate/Proficient in MS Office
Knowledgeable in compensation and benefits
Has time management and organizational skills
Has high initiative and attentive to details
Must show initiative, be attentive to detail, customer service focused, and be able to maintain confidentiality
I. Job Function

A. Covers general support, and provides assistance to the HR Manager in managing & providing high value HR services.
B. Responsible for coordinating a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel, employee services and benefits, employee relations, providing assistance with performance appraisals and corrective actions, and ensuring Company personnel are well informed of human resource policies and programs.
C. Oversees the human resource information system, maintains and updates employee records, completes any and all reporting requirements, and ensures that Company records and reporting are in compliance with the Philippine Labor Law's regulations.
D. Updates job descriptions and assists with salary administration (including Timekeeping & Workforce check) processes.
E. Provides assistance to area personnel on training programs, benefits management, and other human resource concerns.

II. Duties and Responsibilities
A. Assumes responsibility for effectively completing assigned human resource functions.
B. Assumes responsibility for the accurate, complete, and timely preparation of records, reports, and other documents.
C. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with area personnel and management.
D. Assumes responsibility for maintaining professional business relations with trade professionals, government contacts, vendors, and suppliers.
E. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
