Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills: Oral and written.
Can work under pressure.
Job Description:
Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.
Handling cash and also maintaining account records are one of the duties of front office associate.
He/she must be able to build good rapport and building a strong relationship with the guests.
Handling guest requests promptly.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
